Products can be ordered during our normal business hours (Pacific Time):

We gladly accept VISA and MasterCard for phone orders, NO Checks, Cashiers Check, COD's, or money orders please.

Each item is made-to-order and based upon availability.  Expected shipping and package arrival dates will be given upon ordering.  Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been purchased and/or shipped.  Orders can be placed Mon.-Sat. during business hours,  however, all orders are shipped Mon.-Fri. from 10:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. (Holidays exempt).  No packages will be shipped to a P.O. Box or to an address outside the Continental United States.  Shipping charges will be added to the total. Shipping insurance is available upon request.  To insure a package $100 or less is free, for each additional $100 worth, a 35 cent charge will be added upon purchase request.

All items are a final sale.  Each item is hand inspected and wrapped according to UPS code before being shipped.  In the unlikely event that any items should break in shipping, all complaints must be filed with UPS customer service.

Since KID DREAMS is located in Fresno, CA, a 7.875% sales tax will be added to all purchases.

All personal and credit card information is strictly confidential between you, the purchaser, and KID DREAMS.  This information will be used only to transact your order; it will not be sold, shared, or transferred to another party.
